Beata was so attentive and really went out of her way to make me comfortable to to give me what I wanted!
I booked a last minute wax at EWC before the heat wave, and was lucky to have Beata as my waxer. She was on time, kind, polite, professional, and so easy to talk to!! She did such a great job with my Brazilian, and I say this as someone who has been getting waxed at various EWC locations for years now. I’d highly recommend selecting Beata as your waxer at the beacon hill location—you won’t be disappointed!
I’ve been a client here for a long time and have always been very happy with my service and specialist! However this time I felt cheated. My eyebrows, in my opinion were sloppy done. I’m really thinking of not returning.
