McKenna is great. She is friendly and professional helps make experience comfortable
I’ve been here twice for eyebrow waxing. Both of the specialists I saw were very kind and friendly. However, I wasn’t overly impressed with the shaping either time compared to when I’ve had them threaded. You can get a better shaped eyebrow elsewhere for less than they charge here. I also do not love the upsell. Front desk associate was very ditsy the second visit.
