Terrible CUSTOMER CARE. I informed this location about having HIGH ANXIETY on a previous appointment regarding CHANGING waxers without informing me. Apparently TWO waxers I have had no longer work there and I was not informed PRIOR to my appointment as previously requested. I’ve always had a great experience with Annaise as my wax specialist. She is amazing, professional, and does a fantastic job. However, my recent experience with the front desk during checkout was disappointing. When I checked out, no one communicated that my wax pass had been completed, explained the total cost of my service, or informed me that I had an outstanding balance.
