I had a great experience with Nicole. She was fast proficient and professional, nice young lady. I was very happy with my service.
Staff was professional and personable. Environment was clean. Actual waxing was quick. Environment was not very relaxing with bright florescent lighting. No cover was provided for "down there" while facial waxing happened, which was both cold (temperature wise) and felt exposing. Because it all happened fast there was not a lot of conversation about what I wanted. I tried to say it and felt like it was heard, but it ended up not being what I asked for.
I booked with Nicole at EWC on a whim and now she’s the only person I want to see for Brazilians when booking there. She was detailed, gentle, and incredibly thorough—I left without a single straggler in sight. She also made the experience comfortable and quick, which is saying a lot for a wax. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in her work and makes sure you leave feeling confident, Nicole is it.
Bri was amazing! So welcoming, gentle, and made sure she did everything the way I requested. I got 3 services completed and she was very gentle, I will be back!
