Staff is very welcoming and I love to feel comfortable when stepping into any establishment where I’m spending money.
I booked my appointment online for 7:30PM. Received a text to confirm soon after and a phone call from the studio to confirm. At 6:48PM I received a text saying my appointment was rescheduled for 7:45 PM. No phone call. No problem, it’s only 15 minutes right? I call to confirm I will be arriving at the new appointment time. I arrive there and the wax specialist comments on me being late- reminded me they close soon and the grace period. As if they didn’t re-book my appointment..?
