Sophia was great
First time here and the visit lived up to the reviews! Very clean and professional location. The young lady at the front desk was super sweet and helpful. My waxer was Carla and she was the best!!! My nerves were so bad because it’s been years since I’ve had a Brazilian so you might as well say it was like my first time. Carla put me at ease! She was super friendly, gentle, and fast! We conversed like we knew other for years lol. I would definitely recommend this European Wax location and especially Carla!
Cassandra was amazing. Big surprise expected me at checkout when they put 3 authorizations on my account. And all I got is” I can’t do anything”. So now I’m short $240 and they don’t care. Great! If you go, pay cash, to be sure. Terrible service. Manager useless.
