I’ve had the best experience at this location. Trying new specialists during an already vulnerable service can be daunting; but Dora was amazing. She has such a welcoming personality and made me feel incredibly comfortable. Easy to keep conversation going with to make the service less awkward. She’s also very thorough with making sure she doesn’t miss anything.
The front desk , Serina and the manager Gillian were super helpful with transferring my old passes to a leg pass! I don't get my Brazilian anymore upon switching to laser, so this was super convenient for me. They understood my concern, resolved it under 24 hours and treated me with upmost customer service and kindness as I was hesitant to call from my bad experience with another center All the girls in the center are impeccable, I don't even have a designated waxer . To be completely honest, the staff was amazing. Their hospitality, professionalism, and personable approach made me feel comfortable, and they took excellent care of me. Unfortunately, the condition of the location did not reflect the same level of quality. The floors and entrance rug were noticeably dirty, boxes were left on the floor, the paint needed refreshing, and the childish drawings on the walls felt completely inappropriate for a professional waxing center. Jani was very pleasant and professional. She takes her time, I bruise easy but I've never had an issue with her. Painless experience!!! I go to her exclusively!!!!
