I booked a last minute appointment for 1pm. I got to the location at 1:07pm. The receptionist tells me I have to come back an hour later because the waxer took someone else. On European Wax Center’s website, their late policy is 9 minutes. Which means, I was still within the window. I don’t understand how the waxer took someone else that fast. It was a waste of time, a waste of money to get here and a waste of money to get back.
Bri is amazing. So nice, sweet and gentle. Shes so comforting, just amazing.
