I always visit this location for my appointments with Britany who is absolutely amazing! However, I did want to mention that the front desk ladies are not very nice. Usually, I don't mind it as much as they are fairly neutral. But last time, I was 6 minutes late and apologized right when I came in. The person at the front desk told me in a rude tone that I should have called in and that they have a 9 minute late policy after which they will cancel the service.
