Freezing cold waiting room! I visited this morning and the waiting room was 48 degrees, and the service rooms were 52 degrees. This is a place where people take their clothes off for waxing. Please improve the HVAC so I dont have to switch locations.
Great customer service… Ty does a great job with my wax shes such a people person definitely highly recommend!!!

Sanja provided the best experience I’ve ever had waxing and I’ve been going for 15 years! Definitely amazed by her expertise. She is a knowledgeable gem with decades of experience! Very personable and kind as well.
