Alea gets a 5 star from me! She is personable, professional and quick! The center is always clean and the staff friendly
This location is starting to go downhill. Receptionist are not as friendly and they are too busy eating and socializing to address questions. Literally have a full out food feast on the desk eating while working with customers. Also, the technicians are not as skilled. Moreover, I have called to cancel appointments that were not documented. I am a LONG time customer of this location and I will be moving on.
This was my first time at European Wax Center. All of the staff were friendly and inviting. My associate Alea was great! She made me feel comfortable, was friendly, and walked me through each step she took to complete my wax. I would go back to Alea any day!
Chelsea did an amazing job !! She was fast . Funny . Professional and so sweet
