Cierra always does an amazing job, is thorough, and manages to make you feel as at ease and comfortable as someone can be when they're having hair ripped out. I cannot recommend her or sing her praises enough! There is also a last who works the front desk (I don't know her name but I believe she has been working the front desk the longest) who is always pleasant when I come in and has even managed to remember repeat guests despite how busy it gets there.
