there’s nothing I hate worse when I’m getting my ears waxed than a tech who Insist on Torturing me with a bunch of small little tugs on the Wax as she pulls it from my ear. One good pole is all it takes. My tech not only didn’t do tiny little tugs to extend that torture as long as possible, she did one full pull, no apology, no fuss, no mass. I didn’t have to explain to her that technique, I didn’t have to hear any apologies about the pain, she just ripped the wax off and it was all over before I knew it. She was wonderful. ... read more
