I had Bre for a technician at the tatum studio and it was the worst experience I have ever had at the wax center. She was rude, condescending and awful personality rather no personality. I will really need to consider whether I should return. To corporate…she needs to be fired or enrolled in a course to learn how to communicate with customers. No tip and crossed off the list for future technicians.

Raquel is excellent! The other staff and the facility are all great. Raquel is skilled, quick, efficient and charming. The results are always perfect, both waxing and brow tint. Highly recommend!

Hi there. I honestly feel bad posting this because I’ve never had an issue with any European Wax Center location before until now, but at this point it’s been months without a resolution. A couple months ago, I went in for a service at this location and was charged full price even though I have a wax pass that was already paid in full. They told me there was a freeze on my account (which was an error on their end) and even though they said they could see my wax pass was paid in full and should not be frozen they said needed ... read more
