If you want horrible customer service this is the place for you! Had a $13.00 credit from an error on previous service. Was told since shop is under new ownership they would not honor my credit, that it was not their problem. So for $13.00 they now lost a client, got a bad review and will tell all my local friends. Raquel was amazing! I was so nervous because it’s been years since my last Brazilian. She made me feel soooo comfortable in such a vulnerable setting! I’m so happy I found her!
Raquel was amazing! She is so knowledgeable and truly made me feel like she genuinely cared. Being vulnerable can make you feel uneasy but she made my experience so comfortable. I left with an amazing feeling and she made sure she got every hair! I recommend Raquel to everyone who is unsure about waxing. She will forever be my girl for all my waxing needs! 100% recommend!
