Hi there. I honestly feel bad posting this because I’ve never had an issue with any European Wax Center location before until now, but at this point it’s been months without a resolution. A couple months ago, I went in for a service at this location and was charged full price even though I have a wax pass that was already paid in full. They told me there was a freeze on my account (which was an error on their end) and even though they said they could see my wax pass was paid in full and should not be frozen they said needed ... read more
