I like the services they provide and the products they have for you to take, but what I love more is how Kyla takes care of me, making sure that once I leave the place, I leave 100% satisfied. She makes me feel very welcoming, and I loved how she made me feel comfortable on my first wax ever. She is the best and has a lovely personality. Thank you, Kyla.
The front desk lady was very unprofessional. She called a few names at my friend’s face and then started laughing at her before my friend said her name. My friend had just finished her appointment. Her technician was very professional and pleasant. However this front desk lady I don’t know her name but she’s the heavy set one. She started laughing again when my friend was talking to her. Just had a very professional and comfortable experience at EWC. I must say the receptionist (unfortunately I don't know her name) was the best, so kind, genuine and such a warm person. Also Ti'Asia was very quick and efficient. Thank you so much!
Johline was absolutely perfect, I haven't had a wax in a long time and the experience was understandably more painful but she talked me through it and distracted me with fun conversation so by the end we were laughing like old friends. She was incredibly thorough, sometimes when I would leave wax appointments in the past I'd find stray hairs I would need to tweeze out on my own but not with Johline's expertise, every hair was removed and she gave me excellent tips to prevent ingrowns and irritation. Erin is such a great waxer. Ive been to other specialists but I feel like Erin truly gets all the spots and is gentler than some. She is super friendly and so great!
