WORST SERVICE/CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I have been going to this location for almost a year getting my 12 y/o daughter's eyebrows waxed. I went today to see Kim, not the usual person I see, and experienced the worst service/customer service I have ever had. Kim waxed half of my daughters eyebrows and then stopped because "she has acne and put lotion on her face". This of course after they charged me.
