Had a very bad experience with this business and was given false misleading information. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.. VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY.
MEET this guy in person before you commit to anything. That way you can make your own mind up and understand this review. Branko refused to do a simple up keep service (oil change) and even suggested l go to Mycar! Like hello, that was the first red flag. He said will only do a full "bumper to bumper Mercedes/BMW/Audi service book inspection" because he has access to being able to read the cars key (uploaded service history) on the coder and will suggest every possible thing be done because all the previous services you had ... read more
To the point. Did the job very quickly. No short cuts.
Our family has had two XC90s, a Mercedes Valente, a Mercedes Sprinter and my father's old bomb Renault Scenic serviced by European Tuning. I live in Richmond and happily drop cars out to catch a train home .. and then back to collect when complete. Why you may ask? Surely there is someone closer that does just as good a job? Took my car to this mechanic to diagnose an issue with my battery continuing to go flat. Service was predominantly friendly, but to the point. Diagnosed a number of alleged issues with the car, one of which was an apparent faulty battery ( I advised the battery was only 6 months old), the other was that the alternator needed replacing. They provided a report showing the results of a battery test, which indicated the battery was not in good condition. In hindsight, I should have had an independent test done on the battery.
