We stopped on our way through town from Illinois. We had trouble with our side view mirror on our Mercedes Sprinter RV as we were driving down the interstate. It completely came detached from the frame and was hanging by a wire. So we made a call to European Star who was in our route through town. They made sure they were able to fit us into their schedule and assured us they’d be able to get us serviced and on our way. (duct tape was our temporary solution). I can’t say enough about my excellent service. Dealing with Joe made my very complicated job seem almost routine. The wiring throughout the RV had been SEVERELY damaged. The motor had to be removed. Joe made very fair pricing for all the labor that was involved. I highly recommend European Star for their vast knowledge and once again Joe for his attentiveness and keeping me always updated for all my concerns. 5 STARS Thanks Tom and Pamela Nay

Hi Joe the GM is awesome from The moment you speak to him till the time you have to pick up your car .. he explains everything so that you understand what is happening to your vehicle ! Don’t take your car to the dealership ! Trust your car to the experts and get a better price that is fair and honest !
