As someone buying a 30+ year-old German car from out of state, finding a trustworthy shop for a PPI is terrifying. John, the owner at European Service Center, completely blew me away. I came here to get the serpentine belt replaced on my 2008 VW Rabbit around Thanksgiving of last year. The owner quoted me a great price and understood when I told him I couldn’t afford to do the other repairs it desperately needs and didn’t push a sizable quote in addition to the replacement price. The work was done quickly and when the part ended up needing an additional belt to work properly, I wasn’t charged extra. This place is awesome. I took my Mercedes because of the check engine light. They found the problem and had my car back to me in the same day. Service was so professional and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t take my Mercedes to any other shop.
Brought my mini cooper here after having it serviced at another dealership, they found the correct issue and solved it in an incredibly timely manner, 10/10 would go here again!
