Paid for oil leak fix and service and 6 weeks later had to fill oil again, ended up selling the car but I don’t believe the oil leak was fixed properly, the girl receptionist was also super rude, I said I’m here to pick up my car and that my husband had dropped it off so wasn’t sure if it was the right place I wanted to double check, she said no ur in the wrong place, after a phone call it was infact the right place guess I wasn’t dressed fancy enough to be in the presence of her minimum wage self,
Having found these guys after giving up on others that just couldn’t solve an ongoing problem, I have always found Hazel, Pasan and Tony obliging, knowledgeable and happy to assist, even with the smallest or most frustrating issue with our 2011 Audi wagon. I have no hesitation to recommend their services to others, and rarely write reviews!! Pasan was extremely helpful and showed a lot of knowledge relating to my BMW X5. I have been taking my cars to European Prestige for well over 18 years. They have always looked after me! Highly recommend!
