I give one star for ice cold water in the lobby. A buyer for my Volvo decided to have it looked at before making the final purchase. Brought my Audi A4 in with a shifting issue not a transmission problem. They dont know &*#% about Audi tiptronic shifting. Tried to force the shifter and broke some items that werent broken, and proceed to quote me $3500. Dumb$%#. If fixed it for $250 with new tip[ronic repair kit and a downrod.
