Brought my car here for transmission work and really regret it. They promised a quick turnaround, but it ended up taking much longer than expected, with very little communication the whole time. Honestly, I had a really bad experience here. What should’ve been a simple fix turned into a long, frustrating mess. It took way longer than promised, communication was poor, and when I finally got my car back, some of the issues still weren’t fixed. I expected better from a shop that claims to specialize in European cars. It just felt unorganized and careless. Definitely make sure to get everything in writing and double-check their work if you decide to go here. Personally, I won’t be coming back.
