So very disappointed in the quality of mechanical service as well as the pricing. Truly feel they took advantage on labor, parts, amount of time spent on my vehicle, as well as actual attention paid to repairing my vehicle. Original estimate of $5,100 turned into 8,250, with no guarantee that will ensures all issues are all resolved. They kept my vehicle for almost 4 weeks, did not have a loaner vehicle to offer because they “are a small shop and let someone use their last loaner and the kid wrecked it”. If I could give negative stars I would. Here are the reasons NOT to bring your car here: 1. After keeping my car for an entire month, with little to no updates, the owner personally told me that no car is of any urgency to him - even if you tell him you need it urgently he does not care and will work on it in his leisure time. He proceeded to tell me how he has a 100k car that was just dropped off that he didn't plan on touching until he felt like it. 2. I am writing to file a complaint against a mechanic who has provided me with a deeply unsatisfactory experience. I entrusted my vehicle to this mechanic with the expectation that it would be returned to me fully operational.
