I would definitely not recommend this business , we took the car there three times and nothing is fixed . Looks like they put a brand new clamp on a water filter hose but missed the dry rotten hose they put it on. Looks like they want us to bring it back just so they can charge us a ridiculous amount of money.
I contacted European Motorworks for an 80K service on my Audi Q7. I was ready to schedule an appointment but wanted to clarify the scope of work and correct a few discrepancies in the estimate. Instead of addressing my questions professionally, the owner told me that the back-and-forth was “a waste of time” and described my questions as “trivial stuff.” I never had any work performed here, so I cannot comment on the quality of their mechanical work.
