The work was performed perfectly and the commutation was good keeping me informed. The only reason it’s not a 5 is the length of time it took to complete the job. I understand diagnostics can be tricky but it seemed to take longer than I would have liked. Sorry they don’t make 4.5s

Manny has been taking great care of my 2004 Mercedes 500CLK convertible ever since it came off warranty 15 yrs ago. I see him twice a year and he keeps the car in perfect shape. Very professional yet very personal. I count him as a friend. Will always recommend he and his team.
I have been going here for the last 10 years. Manny and Doug are great. They always answer my questions and spend the time explaining all repairs to me. They have done a great job of fixing my BMW, Ranger Rover and Volkswagen over the years.
My friend who is a Porsche owner recommended for my BMW. Great service, communication and spotless shop. Will never go anywhere else.
