We have just purchased a Roller motorhome from European Motorhomes. Murray the sales manager was fantastic to deal with, no pressure sales techniques, just a consultative sales process, with no pressure at all. We have been very impressed with the after sales support supplied by Kelly and his team.
Great, helpful staff. We bought a motorhome from them and felt very well supported. We didn't know anything about operating a motorhome (especially not in NZ) and got a good introduction. Also, there was an issue with the electricity (not their fault) and we got professional help from them straight away.
Couldn't have asked for better service from Lance and Craig. Went above and beyond to meet my needs in a timely fashion.
