Absolutely great first experience! I have an Audi a4 and simply wanted to get an oil change as well as an overall inspection. Mark was super honest ,informative , gave me a fair price, and provided easily one of the best customer services I’ve ever gotten . Was in and out in an hour with a big smile on my face …. Definitely going to be the only place I’ll go to for my car . Thank you mark!
Brought my car in for a general look (brakes, tires, etc) and expected a big bill. Instead, I got a fast, thorough maintenance check and a MUCH lower bill than I expected. Fantastic service!

Came in with an overheating Tiguan that the dealership said needed $2400 new water pump. Took it here and they found out it was just the radiator fan. Never been happier to pay $900! These guys are honest and know their stuff! No BS
Couldn't recommend European Motor Works enough! I was referred to European Motor Works through a BMW Facebook group as my car was throwing a few different codes and not moving altogether. Mark was incredibly kind from start to finish. He got my BMW fixed for a great price. I would recommend this shop & Mark to anyone!
