I sent my car for regular maintenance after a warning sign showed up on dashboard. When I booked the service, I specifically asked for the sign to disappear and the shop manager promised me the sign would disappear after the service. However, the sign still showed up after the service because a reset was not done. The manager kept telling me he couldn’t connect to Porsche due to some firewall issue and asked me to send back the car to the shop. European Motor Works did a wonderful job performing a pre-purchase inspection on an older BMW. They pointed out both the good points and areas that needed attention. After purchasing the car, I had them tackle initial items on the repair list. I couldn't be happier with their service, responsiveness, and knowledge of the car. Highly recommended!!!
Mark and his team are, without question, the best mechanics that I've ever worked with. They are fair, responsive, but above all else they are extremely knowledgeable. Not only has Mark been a huge help with vehicles that I own, he's also been a trusted and valuable resource with the evaluation of vehicles prior to purchase. I cannot recommend Mark and his team more highly.
