I am driving back from a showing today and my car tells me I need to have the oil checked. I pulled in to European Motor Werks without an appointment and I am not a current customer. Expecting to be told I would have to wait in line till they had an opening I was quite surprised when the lovely lady at the desk said to me that the techs were out to lunch but if I came back in an hour they would be back. We took my daughter's Subaru there because it wouldn't start or it would start but just die going down the road. We were prepared to wait a while for it to be fixed and unsure how much it would cost. After dropping it off, later that day we received a diagnosis and an estimate that was completely reasonable. By the next afternoon, the car was fixed and there hasn't been any problems with it since! Highly recommend!

The folks at European Motor Werks are so friendly, especially the dogs!, And they do such a good job maintaining our BMWs. They’re always available for consultation as well. We’re so glad we found them when we moved to flat rock.

Had a great experience. Took my Range Rover Sport in due to a diesel exhaust fluid warning on the dash not going away after filling the system. I took it in anticipating a costly repair whether it be a sensor, injector, or the system. To my surprise I received a call after only a few hours to report it was just a code that popped up due to the def system getting to low. They reset the system and the problem was gone.
