EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE & HONEST. My 2015 GL-450 started leaking transmission fluid 2 1/2 weeks ago. We decided not to drive the SUV until we made an appointment with Roman at European Motors to check out the car. We had the car towed to his shop this morning. He called me at 3pm to inform me that the car was ready for pick up. In my mind, I was expecting hundreds dollars in repair cost. When I arrived to pick up my GL-450 Roman mentioned it was only an "O" ring that needed replacing, we cleaned the underside carriage and added transmission fluid. When I asked, "How much?", Roman mentioned "It's free, it was a small fix". My eyes popped out of there socket and my jaw dropped. ...  more>>

My Mothers Mercedes 2006 E320 had a "check engine" light that 3 other local auto repair shops could not fix. The problem didn't allow us to pass NJ State inspection. The car failed inspection twice. Until the last auto repair shop, name starts with an "M" recommended Roman at European Motors. I brought the E320 over to Roman. Within one day he had fixed it the check engine light. He asked us to drive the car for over 100 miles and bring it back if the check engine light came back on. We thought for sure it was going to come back on. IT DID NOT! We were able to inspect the car and passed NJ inspection with flying colors. Roman is a true professional, master of his craft and honest. ...  more>>

Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't compliment them enough. From the polite receptionist to the expertise of Roman. I will never take my Mercedes elsewhere. My Car began having issues starting, thinking the dealership would know exactly what is wrong I took my 2014 Mercedes, to the Ray Catena dealership in Edison, NJ and what a TERRIBLE idea. They had no idea what was wrong with my car and had to contact Germany to find out what they should do. They had my vehicle for 2 weeks advising I may need a new valve or transmission in costs of $3,300 to $6,600 but first wanted to try out a new key ($330) to cancel out a possible key issue. $600 and 2 weeks later my vehicle was not fixed at the dealership ...  more>>

Where do I start with European Motor Service? I found the owner (Roman) on YouTube showing us a part that he manufactured himself as a solution to a weak MB part that they made out of plastic that i thought i needed for a noise that was coming from my car. After I called him and spoke to him about a similar problem, he determined that I didnt have the applicable engine for this part and by the time he got thru taking the time to explain things to me, I decided to make an appointment to visit him in NJ for a complete inspection of my new-for-me 04 E500. Let's just say this: 2+hrs travel from CT was WELL WORTH the visit. This man and his crew are second to none with knowledge and expertise. So...  more>>

I'm an attorney and accidentally came to European Motor Service to work on my Mercedes. Its been truly a blessing. They say knowledge is power. Roman the director has knowledge to work on the details of the car. The service is excellent. The relations personnel or Assistant, Extania is beautiful and very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm pleased that they provided and continue to provide the care my care needs. You guys should check them out. You can never be disappointed.
