I have taken my Saab to European Motor Cars for all the years I have owned it. These guys really know cars, they are knowledgeable and professional. Two main keys though, as a woman, I feel very secure going to European Motor Cars, they treat me like an intelligent human. Second, Saab parts are becoming harder and harder to find. They have great resources to get what they need for my car. I don't know what Fort Collins would do without this shop. John and his staff are wonderful. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
I recently had the most amazing experience buying a car from Bob at European Motor Cars. Not only did I feel like I was told honest information, I felt very confident that Bob knows cars. I trust the information given to me and now having had the car for a little while, I will not go anywhere else to buy. I felt like the guys at European Motor Cars really cared about me and my family. These guys are great. I've lived in 9 states and when I can find a good mechanic I trust it's rare. I bought a 2004 Saab from them and absolutely love it. I highly recommend them for service and if you need to buy a used car these guys will take good care of you. When I'm done driving this Saab in about 5 years, I will be buying my next car from them too.
i took my car there for repairs. they gave me an estimate and told me that they were not going to charge me for some of the labor, i then took my car to the dealer and got it fixed for 240 dollars less!! what a deal !
This place is the worst place I've ever experienced. They had my car for 2 months. They never called me to let me know what was going on with my car unless I called them. They have very poor customer service. They tried charging me for things I specifically asked them not to do. They couldn't fix my car, so they ended up taking to to the dealer to be fixed.
