I got bids for my 125 year old commercial property with a brick façade. Burt told me that my building was structurally sound. The brick façade and parapet needed repairs, which he did. He was competitive and reasonably priced, so I decided to go with Burt. He was also highly recommended by a good friend Brian Steiner, who sells real estate in seattle. Burt is a 30+ masonry. EMR was great to work with. I was looking at an EMR quote for tuckpointing and masonry repair when deciding whether to buy a 1940 brick house in Ballard. EMR does incredible work. I have several neighbors who have used them and recommended them, and I can see why. My front stairs were crumbling and they completely rebuilt them to the original specs, in a meticulous manner, from start to finish. They are very nice people and do such high quality work, I would recommend them to anyone!
