No comment!! I own 3 Audi's (a4,a6 and tt)also VW Jetta GLI. Called European machine and found out that they have terrible customer service, called to check in on a Revo software deal since they are authorized dealer I thought they would respect Revo's pricing but no!! guy named Jason started complaining how its pain in the butt and what are they doing (Revo)by giving such a sale deals,, saying something like.. is not worth his time and that thats gonna use 400 credits (I dont know what that means) I originaly thought if i g... read more
European Machine Does it Right! If you own a VW or Audi or any German or European car for that matter you need to take it to these guys. They know what they are doing and don't sell you a bunch of work you don't need. Whether it's oil changes, repairs or scheduled maintenance, these guys are awesome! I just bought my first car from them and I'm very happy about it and how they take care of me. They are the only crew in town that I will have work on my VW!
Great Sales and Service! European Machine is excellent. They're easy to find on Seltice Way between Post Falls and Coeur d' Alene, and offer straightforward help with unique cars. I've had a few cars repaired there and decided I wouldn't own a car unless European Machine could take care of it. On one car I was told by the big-name mechanic down the street that I needed $300 in parts and all sorts of labor on a certain light coming on in the dash. Super Amazing Shop! Go There with your European cars! European Machine is great! We had our '91 Jetta break down and made the mistake of taking it to a shop literally next door that charged us over $500, ordered the wrong parts more than once and never figured out what was wrong with our car and actually broke two other parts on our car.
