Terrible customer service never again
These guys are awesome! I own a shop in Towson and needed someone to get me out of a bind. Ends up my scanner could have done the job but these guys helped us immediately. Got everything taken care of for my customer who was leaving for the beach tomorrow. Everyone is happy. So i called ELP to have them install front mount intakes for my x3m and let me start by saying i am very glad i did amy and nick are so nice and answer any questions you have! They did a great job installing them and they sound and look amazing i 10/10 will be going back here in the near future thank you ELP crew amazing job🙏🏼
I finally purchased my Bentley Continental Flying Spur and soon after the purchase, my rear headliner started to sagging. ELM was able to remove the entire headliner and put it back to its original shape. So happy with the outcome. They let me meet the mechanic specialist of 40 years(I think) and he described how it was failing and what he was doing to fix the problem. Thank you ELM!
