If I could give Neil 10 stars, I would. From the first call to the installation of our Charlottesville kitchen, he was incredibly responsive, helpful, meticulous and courteous. Neil reviewed the design, recommended changes, and provided purchase list w very clear instructions for placing the IKEA order. Neil's input made the IKEA purchase process go so smoothly.
