I bought one or their dog beds. After washing according to their guide lines, the bed was lumpy. I emailed 3 times with no response. I called and was told to email pics, which I did. No response after 3 weeks. I had to call twice since no one ever called back. It was explained their policy is for me to send a check for \$12 for a bed which I paid \$19. Bad product and bad customer service.
