We approached European Goldsmith a few months ago with the hope of designing a custom engagement ring. We were paired up with Malaya who was an absolute dream to work with. We were able to create and customize my dream ring in a matter of months and it was a wonderful process. I can’t say enough good things about them! We are so happy.
They no longer take in watch repairs at the store. They now direct you to take it to the repair person yourself at a different location. You can't drop off/pick up at the store.
Had the pleasure of dealing with European Goldsmith today, specifically Jasmine (God I sure hope I got her name right!). The girls are incredible beautiful smiles to greet you, then the knowledge they have…….. just blown away! They treated me like I was there only customer and the took their time with my timepiece. They deserve 10 stars not 5.
