Original review 2019. Have nothing but positives to say about our experience with European Goldsmith. Went in to look at engagement rings, and met with Katherine, who was a delight to deal with. She went above and beyond for a period of months, while we carefully selected the perfect ring for us... a bit of indecisiveness on our part, but she stuck with us all the way, following up, and working with many different options to keep us in our budget. My mom wanted to alter her wedding ring to make it more wearable (it was too tall and caught on everything). We didn't really know where to begin, but Kim walked us through the whole process and the result was fantastic! Kim is amazing with her experience and knowledge, and a super kind human being as well!
