Chuck came out to give us a quote for a shower door surround. Our previous shower was shattered inside the existing frame (poor design.) After having previous quotes that were well out of our price range, we were so glad to find and come in contact with Chuck with European Glass. From the very beginning of our transaction, Chuck and his team were professional, kind and so pleasant to work with. We were under a time crunch only because of how long everything to that point had taken for our remodel but Chuck went the extra mile in getting our shower manufactured and installed so quickly. The cost was comparable to other companies but the value and quality and look are far above what we hoped for. I would refer chuck and his team to anyone.

I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but this service has been beyond frustrating. We needed a simple fix on our glass shower at a rental property, which requires tenant notifications. The glass tech rescheduled on us three times and has been completely unresponsive to our messages. Now, after the third reschedule that was supposed to be for Friday, we got no response of a cancellation and have now been ghosted. Extremely disappointed—at this point, I'd just appreciate some communication.
