DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. If I could respectfully do negative Stars I would. We worked with European Equites as a Third Party/Sub Contractor for work at a Village Inn when they Managed the Property, we have confirmation emails and proposals for work to be done, and they have not paid, and do not have plans to pay. I have never worked with a company so unwilling to pay their bills, and keep their end of a professional agreement.

Owner, David McComas promised me specifically, if I needed to get out of the lease, because there was a "no sublease" clause on the standard lease, that if I needed to get out of the lease prior to the lease termination of 13 months, that he would get someone else in their within a few months max. After giving him notice, moving out, and paying the lease for a full additional 3 months afterwards, he did not get someone else in there. ... read more
