Owner, David McComas promised me specifically, if I needed to get out of the lease, because there was a "no sublease" clause on the standard lease, that if I needed to get out of the lease prior to the lease termination of 13 months, that he would get someone else in their within a few months max. After giving him notice, moving out, and paying the lease for a full additional 3 months afterwards, he did not get someone else in there. ... read more

Frauds.
These people do not pay their subs when work is completed. Read the reviews. They keep giving the run around. The owner never answers the phone or returns calls. Just look at all these reviews. Should have looked at them before. They seem to open and close all kinds of Llc’s on Sunbiz which are probably shell companies. Just look it up on sunbiz. Response- your website says you provide service at every stage of projects lifespan. Even construction, the side you don’t pay
