European Day Spa has been serving the hill country for over 15 years, we have an A+ rating with the BBB, and many of the therapists and even owners of spas in the area have once worked and trained under us and educators brought in. As the owner I truly apologize for any experience that was not top notch. In response to the couple who weren't able to be seen, the therapist became extremely ill the night before and did not call in until later in the day.
