Watch out I ordered kitchen furniture and gave him a down-payment. I was told that I should wait for my order for 3 months. I have been waiting 9 months for it. Every month Ignacy(owner) gave excuses. I don't have my order of the furniture
Great quality Its a great place to buy quality furniture imported from Europe for less. Great service, friendly people.
European Connection Inc is still in business Bought a sofa from this place 18 years ago, it still is firm and looks like new. High quality furniture, good prices. Store needs some TLC But the deals are good. Might have to order some pieces, so the wait could be a couple of months.
Avoid Lots of issues with orders. Has been waiting for the furniture for over 7 months and it came all broken. Did not expect such a low quality and bad overall service from the owner. There is lots of other good European furniture stores providing better price and higher quality and MUCH better overall service. Avoid if you do not want to be burnt
Excellent Furniture this company has beautiful furniture from Europe at prices that cant compare anywhere. We used to purchase our German furniture from downtown gallery shops for as much as 3 times more than what we paid for it here. Our furniture arrived 4 months after we ordered, 1 month longer than expected, however its understandable our set was directly imported from Germany. This place is a good find if you want a bargain for quality European furniture.
Still waiting for 2 chairs We bought an Italian slide-top table and 6 chairs in late April 2006. Paid for it up front and took delivery of the table and 4 chairs off the showroom floor the following week. The other 2 chairs had to be ordered and we were told they would arrive in 4 to 6 weeks. Here it is 14 weeks later (Aug. 4) and still no chairs. The store told us that we could take any two other chairs in the store and use them unitl ours arrive. That was a nice gesture. Horrible service! DON'T use this STORE/SITE!!!!!! Ordered furniture. Waitied for alsmost 3 months. Furniture arrived ALL ruined and broken to small pieces. The owner, Ignacy Rurkel did not want to replace the merchandice. He is the worst merchat we had ever dealt with.
Bad Experience I wouldn't recommend this store to my friends. After waiting for 9 months we didn't get ordered furniture, and it took us 2 months to get our downpayment back.
Deco style furniture If you have money to invest in fancy furniture, and want the "modern" look, this is the place to come. The people were friendly and the items seemed well-made, they just were NOT my style. Lots of platform beds and unusually shaped couches.
