Watch yourself. My son had a car accident and I searched for a shop to work with Progressive to repair the car. I found Jerry on a Google search and over a phone he sounded nice and assured me that he is authorized to work with Progressive. I took the car to his shop, and let Progressive know where it is. The field adjustor went out to the shop, worked out an estimate, but Jerry didn't think it was reasonable and let me know he will not be repairing the car and instructed me to remove the car.
