Crash Champions needs to be recognized for their elite customer service and communication. My repair took longer than initially expected and Caleb and Leigh were always calm, communicative, and fair as they guided me through our repair timeline. Their willingness to help and their consistent and truthful communication made this a smooth experience. I won’t be going anywhere else in town!
The team here did a great job fixing the damage to my car. The struggles were with all the operational aspects of running a business. First, the items from my trunk were removed for the repairs but never put back...I can only assume they were just thrown away. Second, the website link with details would have incorrect information compared to reality with an estimation as to when repairs would be complete. Repaired a Tesla 3 here, paint job came out great and alignment of hood, bumper etc looked really good (better than some teslas off the assembly line). Very professional and job was done quicker than expected. No weird noises or rattles after the repair.
