Never in my life have I written a negative review, or even felt the need to, but I cannot overstate how disappointing and frustrating my experience with this shop has been. When I dropped off my vehicle on February 6th, I was given an estimated completion time of 2–4 weeks. That timeline came and went—not once, but repeatedly—until I finally received my car today, March 31st, nearly two full months later. The body shop had great communication via text or email with updates to my vehicle. Also got updates when it was moved to be ready ahead of schedule. Work was top tier. Would definitely recommend..
