Leslie was amazing throughout the process of getting my car repaired! She was incredibly friendly, kind, sympathetic to my situation, informative, and responsive. She made getting my car fixed as smooth of a situation as she possibly could!
They used all OEM parts and are BMW certified which was important to me. Aaron was very knowledgeable and kept me informed on what was going on at least 2xs a week. The best part for me was the lifetime warranty! I’d recommend Crash Champions to all my friends and family.
Leslie was very helpful and informative. Answered all my questions and was super patient.
I have done business with another Crash Champions and called the Murfreesboro pike location cause I couldn’t reach that particular one and talked to Leslie and her welcoming and informative way about her made me set on dealing with this particular location for any and all car issues. If she is this great, I would trust the Technicians at this location as well. Car language is foreign to me so trust is imperative. They truly standby the lifetime warranty.
