Responsive and quick turn around for repairs.
I took my car to Crash Champions to repair exterior damage — including the front bumper, side fender, headlight, and hood — for a total of $4,200. The repairs took three weeks, and I had to call multiple times just to get updates. Before taking my car in, the alignment was straight, and it never shook or made any unusual noises while driving. If you are looking for repair locations I would strongly recommend against this one. I appreciate that the customer service here attempts to be communicative but we have now been told several times that my car will be ready the next day or within the next few days, only for that day to come and go and later be given excuses and a new date for it to AGAIN pass without any progress or updates.
