Very honest and knows his stuff I went to ECS after a friend recommend I go for service. I had a problem with my audi that the dealer and normal indy (who was very good) couldn't figure out. Chris took me for a test ride and within 2 minutes knew the problem and we scheduled a time to have it fixed. He also found remanufactured parts to save hundreds over OEM replacements.
