Had my Range Rover in due to a faulty door latch which could open during operation of the vehicle. There is a certain recall for these. If you have a RR you should check. The guys at ECC got the Range Rover repaired sooner than they had projected, and for a fair price. And they were very pleasant to deal with, which is not always the situation at some of those chain repair places.

If I could give a ZERO star I would! We took our daughters Beetle in after we bought it(16th bday gift) to have some work done to it, they ended up breaking the gas cap cover, and of course we didn’t know until we went to get gas like 2 weeks later. When we took it back to them to show them what was broken, they ordered the part. It took me several times of leaving messages and going in (4 months) to finally get the part. The only negative is that without an appointment is they may take awhile to get your car done but Id say thats because they have a lot of business because they do good fair work. Great experience!
