In my opinion, let this be mechanic shop be your last option. They will over charge you especially if you dont know any better.Took my car to them that had 2 issues. They fixed 1 and claimed to fix the other, but they really just reset the check engine light. Customer service is extremely poor as in they never get back to you. Will give you the run around. I would rather take my Mercedes-Benz here than to a Mercedes dealership! Mark is a very honest guy, and he is incredibly knowledgeable in European cars. This is a great operation.
Mark is very helpful and David does a fantastic repair & service on my vehicle. Always very accommodating here, wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
We were told by H.A auto brokers to take a van here that we just bought to have it fix. We came 3 times for two different problems only to find the problem they were suppose to have fixed still isnt fix. The check engine light came back on 3 days later so we had is diagnose and its reading the same issue. I am very hurt behind this matter because we have 4 kids that have needs that require us to do a lot of travelling.
