Not sure about this place, I phoned up ahead of time to get my brake pads replaced knowing they were too low to get through the upcoming MOT. They wouldn't quote me over the phone (I had numerous other quotes from other garages but they couldn't fit me in). When I walked in, I was barely though the threshold of the door when a guy across the room shouts over "ooooh yours are going to be expensive". I asked why and he said "because you've got a BMW". Super helpful and kind garage, kept both me and my husband updated all day while servicing our car - and even dropped it off for us as I was really struggling to collect it with three small children - 100% recommended
