All, I brought both my Land Rover's to European Car Authority with an estimate that started out at around $680.00 for one and the other $950. Didn't get out for both @ $2,700 and the other $3,400. Turns out that this is their standard fee for repairing Land Rovers. How do I know you ask? Best European Shop! – They completed my 60K for the exact price quoted - not a penny more! They even threw in a couple extras -- lightbulbs that were out and fluids that were low, washed the car and I am back on the road with a vehicle that runs better than it has in a long time! And, my service engine light has been reset properly. It is refreshing to get great technicial service and work with good solid people on top of a getting a fair price.
Best European Car Repair Shop on the Eastside! – Ken has proven once again that he and the guys at European Car Authority are the experts when it comes to Audi's! I have been taking my Audi to ECA for over 4 years and have always rec'd top notch service. My Audi started acting up over the week-end (check engine light came on / started running rough). Highly recommended place – Honest car repair shop can be in general considered to be an oxymoron, but I would say it cannot get much more trustworthy than this. I've been very impressed with Ken's diagnosis skills and repairs have been spot on, without any regrets or afterthought. An excellent, honest, competent car repair shop - won't go anywhere else – This is a family run business. Ken is absolutely the best at diagnosing what is wrong with your car. They have all the current diagnostic equipment and you get the benefit of Ken's many years of car knowledge. Expert & Honest Service – European Car Authority in Redmond is truly an amazing shop! They are family owned, and treat you very well. Ken is the most honest mechanic around.
