I bought my Tissot online and stopped by European Boutique at Sherway Gardens to get the bracelet adjusted. I wasn't sure what to expect since I hadn't bought it there, but Elena Zaitseva, the senior sales associate, was so welcoming and helpful. She sized the bracelet for me, and she also took the time to teach me about my automatic watch. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Geanina. My Girlfriend and I went into this place and wanted to learn about watches for our first watch set and Geanina was very Knowledgable about brands and their history, she advised me on how to pick a good watch and what was in my budget. We are so happy and on the time of pick up Elena was insanely helpful, very welcoming and made us feel like this was actually such a wholesome purchase. thank you so much team.
