I had my car serviced for the first time recently at European Auto Werks . The customer service I received from Steve was excellent. I even had a courtesy car, (something that I was never offered previously) to be able to get to work and back again. I would highly recommend European Auto Werk to anyone who is looking for prompt, reliable and friendly service when it comes to having their vehicle looked after.
Outstanding service with thorough knowledge about Mercedes. Honestly couldn't recommend a better mechanic.
Absolutely amazing service! Went above and beyond and were incredibly helpful, friendly, honest and quick. It’s so refreshing to find a company with people who truly care about their customers. Their kindness and professionalism are second to none. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thank you for your outstanding service!
Just want to give a huge shoutout to Dean and Steve for looking after our daughters car! The car is over 10 years old and after taking it to the boys it drives like brand new!! If anyone had a problem with their cars look no further! Cheers fellas..
Absolute 5 star service and care. Best for European and Mercedes for me. Thanks Dean and Steve
