I was quoted $850 dollars by Roberto the mechanic after he check with the vehicle vin # and find out that it needs to replace the complete rear struts assembly on my LR2. I didn't met Roberto, but the shop owner after a $ 250 dollars deposit, ordert the struts assembly that were incomplete and proceed to replace them using parts from the old struts assembly and parts that he order and didn't fit properly, Terrible experience and unprofessional. A work that was supposed to take 2 hours, ended up taking 6 hours.
Just got my car serviced there. They were very informative, professional and helpful. I'm definitely going back to them next time.
These Guys went above and beyond for me. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Fair prices for scope of work, If you have a BMW I would recommend them for sure. They even offered good prices on an oil change for me!
