My experience at EAS was wonderful. I'd especially like to highlight the communication between Izzy, Mary and the customer. Everything was timely, clear, and always with an updated itemized written quote to my inbox, with an explanation of why it was recommended and how urgent things were to address. The whole process felt really educational and transparent (showed me photos at pickup), and the pricing was very reasonable!
The owner and main mechanic is excellent and very knowledgeable. Great to work with. Highly recommend!

Best mercedes Benz mechanic I have found is Izzy. I took my ml350 2015 to Spirit One, and they diagnosed fuel pump. I asked ryan gaddy at mercedes Hampton if he would take it for a fuel pump ( there's 2). He said yes but when it got towed there he wanted 4 hours of diagnosis for 900.00 and then said "carte blanche" about fixing it. I called mercedes Olive and asked Darryl to fix the fuel pumps.
