Owning a European car is expensive. Ours is a BMW X3 e83. We have often been tempted to use cheaper mechanics. This has worked sometimes, but has also cost us more. We have to drive over an hour to get to Ballina, but frankly, it is worth it. The people here are friendly. The mechanics are pedantic (which is good). Their costs are very reasonable. We are more than happy with this service. Anything I cannot do myself, I will come here.
We needed our 2015 Toureg TDi to be repaired while on holiday in Evans head. The nearest Volkswagen Service centre wasn’t interested, so I contacted European Automotive hoping to get a better response. Mitch and Matt at European Automotive took care of the Toureg and fixed the issues so that we could drive back to Sydney safely. I recommend these guys for mechanical Volkswagen issues in the area.

Popped in spontaneously as a warning light came up (on my VW) The guys were super accommodating and dealt with the issue then and there. Really appreciated the speedy rectification.
