Best Home for my MINI Coupe besides my garage. The team at EAR let me know what needed replacing, the time frame and the total price, tax, tag and title as my dad used to say. No added costs. When the part came in incorrectly, they let me know and apologized for the day delay. I have found a crew that loves my MINI almost as much as I.

Don’t let all these 5 star reviews fool you—the 1 star reviews tell the truth. They are not to be trusted and quite rude when you bring up an issue with your service. While I appreciate the work they have done on my car, I will not be giving them another dollar. I have an expensive car and I pay well to have it properly maintained and repaired. Two trips to this repair shop. Outstanding customer service and repair. I call for an appointment, bring in our vehicle, have a conversation, then they call me back with (diagnostic, what needs to be repaired & cost then agreement on repairs/cost). A+ rating with us. No disappointments.
