Beware of overconfidence and lack of communication. Caused me to need to rent a car due to shop damaging and needing to replace an unaffiliated part during an A/C Repair. My A/C issue was not handled and I was out $600 for a rental while waiting for them to fix their mistake. I was not charged for the repair.
As a single woman, I’m so happy to have found this mechanic! Not only did Sean help me prioritize what I need to do immediately on my 2013 Honda- he thoughtfully explained why and has great communication.
You can trust when Shawn says a repair is needed, he will also tell you if something can wait to be taken care of. They take good care of their customers and the cars.
One of the only good things I kept from an ex boyfriend was being a devout client of European Autohaus.
