Rudeness and ineptitude. Kristen became VERY unpleasant to deal with after asking her NOT to talk over me as I was describing my issues, and then refused to ever speak to me again. Sat on my vehicle for weeks before telling me that they just wouldn't fix it. First major issue was the OIL LEAK so they started off by doing the Oil Change first. The Poginy husband-wife team is knowledgeable, fair and friendly. They spent an hour examining a new-to-me Volvo XC 70, suggesting the strong and weak points of that year's model. They only charged the price of an annual inspection. Five star-plus service.
Fantastic place! They have helped us a few times in emergency situations when we have had car issues. Highly recommend!
Had my Audi A3 in a couple of days ago for a EPC light and engine light and the did a wonderful job on diagnosing and repairing my vehicle on a timely manner and inexpensive. Great people to deal with. Highly recommend for foreign cars.
